Our Technology Department plays a vital role in helping Meeteetse students become Life Ready. Technology is integrated throughout our classrooms to enhance learning, encourage creativity, and prepare students with the digital skills they’ll need for the future. Our focus is on using technology as a tool to support problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation. To ensure a safe and secure learning environment, we maintain strong safeguards and monitoring systems that protect our students while they learn and explore online.
Cyber Security
We take a unified and proactive approach to cybersecurity that reaches every level of our district. Students are taught digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible use of technology as part of their preparation to become Life Ready learners. Teachers and staff receive regular training on data privacy, secure communication, and identifying potential threats, while administrators engage in advanced planning and compliance protocols to safeguard our systems and community. Our efforts are strengthened through collaboration with our Board of Trustees, our administrative team, corporate partners, local, state, and federal agencies, legislative members, and state task forces. Together, we work to ensure that every member of our school community learns to navigate the digital world safely, ethically, and confidently—skills essential for being truly Life Ready.

We maintain reliable networks, secure systems, and integrated platforms that make daily work more efficient. Behind the scenes, we manage both on-site and cloud infrastructure with strong identity protection and single sign-on access—ensuring that every system runs smoothly and safely.
